Trolleys

Geared Trolleys

When accurate load spotting is necessary, a geared trolley is an excellent option. Geared trolleys consist of a looped hand chain, which is connected to a sprocket. The sprocket engages the gears which facilitates wheel movement when the operator pulls the hand chain. The trolley will travel in the opposite direction upon pulling the chain.

Hand-Push Trolleys

Hand-Pushed trolleys support a hoist with top hook or lug mounted suspensions and operate on a flat or tapered beam. They operate by manual handling and move horizontally on a beam.

Motorized Trolleys

To form an integrated material handling unit, a motorized trolley is attached directly to a lug suspending hoist. A motorized trolley can also be manufactured for a top hook hoist hookup that consists of a clevis. To increase load handling efficiency and speed, with the use of a pendant throttle, the operator is able to control the hoist/trolley functions. Motor driven trolleys are designed both in electric and air driven models.

Trolley Mounts

Hook Mounted

Hook mounted hoists are manufactured with a clevis for top hook hoist hookup. Hoist suspension permits portability of the hoist while lug suspension reduces headroom.

Lug Mounted/Crab Mounted

To form an integrated material handling unit, a trolley is attached directly to a lug suspending hoist.
